Baked Italian Meatballs

Baked Italian Meatballs





1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1 garlic clove, pressed
1 tbsp. parsley
1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs


Mix all ingredients well. Make into small balls and set in glass baking dish. Broil at 425 degrees for 12 min, turning after 6 min. Add to your favorite Italian sauce & pasta.
